At Mocei, customers can pay for their order using the payment methods available at checkout.

All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£). The full order total, including the product price and any applicable shipping cost, will be shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Orders are processed after the payment has been completed or authorised by the selected payment provider. If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not be processed.

Some payment methods, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, or Klarna, may only appear when they are available for the customer’s device, browser, location, or account. Klarna payments, where available, are subject to Klarna’s own approval process and terms.

Mocei does not ask customers to send full card details by email, phone, or contact form. Payment details are handled through the payment provider selected at checkout.
